Chicken Alfredo
Chicken is a meat that appeals to young and old alike and lends itself to many recipes. To treat the whole family, try making an Alfredo chicken. These are chicken cutlets cooked with mushrooms and cream, served as a side dish with pastry. A simple but delicious dish!
Ingredients
- 200 g fresh tagliatelle
- 200 g button mushrooms
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 2 chicken cutlets
- 7 oz liquid cream
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 25 g butter
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Cut the chicken cutlets into small cubes or strips. Set aside.
- Peel the garlic cloves and chop finely. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the garlic. Fry for a few minutes. When the butter is well melted, add the flour all at once while stirring. Add the liquid cream. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer over low heat.
- In a frying pan, pour the olive oil and fry the chicken pieces until they are golden brown. Set aside.
- Wash the mushrooms and slice them. Add them to the pan with the cream. Sauté for 10 minutes over low heat.
- Cook the pasta for 3 min in a pot of boiling salted water. Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the mushroom cream. Add the chicken pieces and mix well. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
