Ingredients
  

  • 1 head of green cabbage finely shredded
  • 1 large carrot grated
  • 1/4 cup of diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 clove of garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, grated carrot, and diced red onion.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic, salt and pepper.
  • Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss gently to combine.
  • Cover and refrigerate the coleslaw for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  • Before serving, give the coleslaw a good toss and adjust the seasoning if needed.
